Biographical history
George Thomas Clark (1809-1898) of Dowlais and Talygarn, Glamorgan, contributed many articles to 'Archaeologica Cambrensis' and other journals, and was the author or editor of 'Medieval Military Architecture in England' (1884), 'Cartae et Alia Munimenta quae ad Dominium de Glamorgancia pertinent' (1885-1893) and other works.

The G. T. Clark Manuscripts are mainly the genealogical, archaeological, and historical papers of George Thomas Clark (1809-1898). -- At the end of the group (NLW MS 5231-5234) is a portion of the 'collectanea', relating to the history of Glamorgan, of William Davies, Cringell, near Neath.
