Biographical history
George Thomas Clark (1809-1898) of Dowlais and Talygarn, Glamorgan, contributed many articles to Archaeologica Cambrensis and other journals, and was the author or editor of Medieval Military Architecture in England (1884), Cartae et Alia Munimenta quae ad Dominium de Glamorgancia pertinent (1885-1893) and other works.

The G. T. Clark manuscripts consist mostly of the genealogical, archaeological and historical papers of George Thomas Clark. Also included is a portion of the 'collectanea' of William Davies, Cringell, near Neath, relating to the history of Glamorgan (NLW MS 5231-5234).
