A list described by Iolo Morganwg on the cover as 'Hên Gofrestr Enwau ac amseroedd Beirdd mewn hen ysgriflaw'. The list was compiled in the sixteenth century and is written in one hand; the title is in a hand resembling that of William Salesbury. At the end are 'englynion' (2) by Raff ap Robert and Edwart ap Edward. To it Iolo Morganwg has added 'Cofrestr Beirdd Morganwg a Gwent'. This may be the manuscript described by Iolo Morganwg as 'Cofrestr Enwau Hen Feirdd a Phrydyddion, Henry Salusbury' (See G. J. Williams, Iolo Morganwg a Chywyddau'r Ychwanegiad, 1926, p. 176, item 25).
There is a very similar list, most of it written apparently in the same hand, in Cwrtmawr MS 3, 173. Here no dates are given, and above the heading is written 'Liber Roberti Salusbury'. The copy in Panton MS 10, 103, appears to be a transcript from Cwrtmawr 3.
