Draft Will of the Hon. John Hamilton Fitzmaurice, commonly called Lord Viscount Kirkwall of Llewenny, co. Denb. Testator bequeaths as follows:- In pursuance of a power contained in the will, dated 21 June 1793, of my late father, The Hon. Thomas Fitzmaurice, dec., I demised estates in Co. Sligo and Co. Tipperary in Ireland for 3,000 years on trust to raise portions for my younger children; to my wife, Anna Maria, Viscountess Kirkwall, plate pictures, &c. at Llewenny Hall; my said wife and my mother, the Countess of Orkney, and my uncle, the Most Noble Marquis of Lansdown, to be guardians of my children during their minorities.
