Has been long desirous of seeing his old friend Sir Thomas ap William's dictionary, not so much for any excellent perfection in the work as for the great pains the author has taken therein. Cousin Robert Vaughan tells the writer that he is to have the book on condition that he sees it printed, and that he dedicates it to Sir John Wynn and ascribes all the glory to Sir Thomas ap William. If the work proves fit for the press the writer will set it out without expectation of glory or gain; the printing thereof to be at Sir John's cost.
