Deeds and documents relating to farms called 'Tir Clwyd y Plucka', later 'Modrydd', and to 'Rhydybettws'. Both in the township of Modrydd, p. Llansbyddyd, and to 'Cilyrheol', 'Heolfanog' and 'Penyrheol' with related lands, all in p. The deeds include the marriage settlement, 1787, of William Jones, p. Llansbyddyd and Mary Rees, p. Ystradyfodwg, co. Glamorgan (no. 77); copy probate of will, 1856, of William Jones, Modrydd (no. 81), referring also to premises in Rhymni, co. Monmouth; and copy birth certificate, dated 1864, of Henry Thomas, son of Evan and Catherine Thomas, Mountain Ash, co. Glamorgan (no. 103).
