Deed whereby James Coytmor Pugh of Coytmor, co. Carnarvon, Esqre. and Mary Pugh of the same, widow and relict of Philip Pugh, late of the same, for 5sh. lease to John Wynne of Coed Coch, co. Denbigh, Esqre, a messuage in Bodlyman township, in the parish of Bettws Abergeley, co. Denb., called Porthddwyryd, with appurtenant lands called Yr Acre, yr acre draws, Cae'r Skybor, Traws melyn mawr, Traws melyn canol, Traws melyn bychan, Traws melyn eithin, Y Werglodd back. Cae Llwyn y ci, Cae Llwyn y Ci bach, y ddau gae'r Evan, Cae'r ffynnon, Cae tan y Berllan, and yr Ardd Newydd; a house or Toft there called Gwaglwyn with lands, a messuage in the said township in the parishes of Bettws Abergeley and Llanddulas, same co. called Clwtt, with appurtenant lands called Cae'r Pandy, cae dol y fran, cae canol, cae'r Bont, Cae Pen y bryn, y Werglodd, y ddwy ffrithwen, y Werglodd and y Clwt wrth y Ty, etc., subject to certain specified exceptions of security to Wm Wynne of Doctors Commons, London, LL.D. for £8000, and reciting certain covenants and agreements, for one year at a yearly rent of one peppercorn to enable him to take a grant and release thereof.
