Kay y Onnen, 5, y Kay yn drws, 6. Erw y Hesyllt, 7. y Kay dan y ty, 8. Erw y Skyborie, 9, Erw yr gelynnen, 10, y Nant, 11. Koyed y Kymere, 12. Erw Adda, 13. y Vallen Goch, 14. y Vron. 15. Kay yr ffos, 16. Kay Kanol lleia, 17. Kanol Mwya, 18. Tythin y Krythor, in all 40 acres:- a messuage and lands in Esgorebrill aforesaid viz. 4 closes called y Kay Gwair...., Erw lwyd, y Kay glass and Kay yr Vammeth, - land in Tralloyn, parish of Llansanffraid, same co., called y ffrith yn y Mynyth, 12 acres, a cottage in Tralloyn aforesaid and land, 2 acres, " and all seates, formes, kneelinge and buryinge places within the parishe churche of Egloysvach aforesaid, with several conditions and clauses for the better conveyance of the said property.
