Deed whereby Edward Conwey, of Bryn-yryn, co. Denb., for 40sh. grants to Owen ap Meredith Lloyd of Dynant, same co., gent., six acres of land meadow or "le more" parcel of "y wern vawr" in the town of "mochtre", comote of vwchdylas, co. Denb., between Bryn-adda and the borders of cos. Denb., and Carn., on a place called "y pylle gloywon" adjacent to Bryn-adda (held in fee of Robert, Earl of Leicester, by the said Edward), to be held of the said Earl as of his Castle of Denbigh in socage, at yearly rent of 2sh. etc., with privileges, and power of attorney to John ap Hughe Conwey and another to deliver seisin.
