Tywyn], and p's Talyllyn, Llanegryn, Llangylyn [Llangelynnin], Brythdir, Llanylltyd, Dolgelley, Towyn and Penall, with Proviso that the term of 99 years to V.C. is only in trust to enable him to demise the same to T.C. and that T.C. might be enabled to redeem the same to V.C. at an annual rent of £100 for the first six years of the demise and after six years or the payment of £600 the remainder of the term is to the use of V.C. and Jane his wife to charge part of the premises above mentioned with the sum of £2,000 and to revoke all the uses except of those premises demised for 99 years.
