Deed To Lead The Uses Of A Fine for the better enabling the said Vincent Corbett to charge an annual sum of £100 for six years to Thomas Corbett aforesaid of a capital m. called Ynys y Maen Gwyn, a water corn mill called Melin Ynys y Maengwyn, m's called Bryn y Cryg, Pen y Sarne, Cornel y Parke, Velindre Ycha, Velindre Issa, Ynys Glas, a tmt in the tenure of Owen John Arthur, a m. called Dole Wen, a tmt in the tenure of Humphrey John Humphreys, a moiety of a m. called Y Weirglodd Goch, m's called Bryn Isaur, Hen Dûy, Bryn Goe, Pan yr Awr, Pen y Park, Maes Goch, Bryn y Castell, a tmt in the tenure of Evan Morgan, m's called Croes Vaen, Croes Tu, Tythin y Coed, Glan y Werne, Tû yn y Cae, and tmt's in the tenures of William Rees, Margaret Humphreys, Morris Williams, Robert Edward, Morgan Lewis, William ap Evan, Humphrey John ap Evan, Thomas Griffith ap Robert, Morgan Humphrys, Richard David John, Charles David John, Morgan David and Hugh Harry, to the use of V.C. for life and thereafter to Vincent Corbett eldest son of V.C. and his heirs male (further uses specified); m's called Pen y Werne, Bryn y Fynnon, Brach yr Henllys, Tyddin Tan Yr Allt, Wern Llwyd, Kylkemes, Tyno Morgan, Ynyr Eriafog, Perfeddnant, Dole y Goch Ycha, Dole y Goch Issa, Bryn Glas, Tythin y Pandû and the fulling mill, Bron Byban Ucha, Bron Byban Issa, Bryn Glas Ucha, Bryn Glas Issa, a tmt in the tenure of John Morgan, m's called Bryn Bedwyn, Gwerne Gawr, Esger Gawr, Kilvach y Lletty, Lletty Wyn, Y Skeivir, Gelli Teg, Bryth Frynie, Bryn Jaccus, Pant y Borlan and Cunfel, to the use of V.C. and Jane his wife for their lives and thereafter to the use of V.C. their son and his heirs male (further uses specified); m's called Tythin Bron y Pant Dan y Merlyn, Bryn Rhwyth, Tee Ar Yhen, a m. in the tenure of Matthew Griffith and Robert Heyward, m's called Tir Pedwar Iggen and Bwlch, parcels of land called Y Bryn Gole, Yr Ynys Ddû (60 a.) and Pen Yr Allt, and parcels of land in the tenure of John Griffith, to the use of V.C. for 99 years to secure an annuity of £100 for six years to T.C. according to the purpose of an indenture of lease and re-demise hereinafter to be made; and a tmt in the tenure of John Morgan, a tmt in the tenure of Hugh Griffith, a ferry or passage of Dovy, m's in the tenure of Howell ap Richard, Lewis William and Thomas David, a m. called Tythin Mawr, a water corn mill called Melyn Kefn and Caethley, an annual rent charge of 40s. issuing out of lands purchased from the Crown, parcels of land in the tenure of Edward Hughes and m's called Tythin Yr Allt Goch and Tythin Tan yr Allt, to the same use as the said capital m. above mentioned, all of which premises are in t's Gwythelvynydd, Llannerchgoedog, Maestrefnant, Trefryon, Bron Prys, Vaenol, Gwrych, Cunfel, Cyfing, Caethley, Kefnrhos and Aberdovy, [all in p. Tywyn], and p's Talyllyn, Llanegryn, Llangylyn [Llangelynnin], Brythdir, Llanylltyd, Dolgelley, Towyn and Penall, with Proviso that the term of 99 years to V.C. is only in trust to enable him to demise the same to T.C. and that T.C. might be enabled to redeem the same to V.C. at an annual rent of £100 for the first six years of the demise and after six years or the payment of £600 the remainder of the term is to the use of V.C. and Jane his wife to charge part of the premises above mentioned with the sum of £2,000 and to revoke all the uses except of those premises demised for 99 years.
