Deed made between i. Meredith Wynne of Llanyfydd, co. Denbigh, gentleman, and ii. Gabriel Goodman, of Nantglyn, same co., gentleman, and Robert Holland of Pennant, same co., gentleman, being the settlement upon the marriage of the said Meredith and Jane Goodman, sister of the said Gabriel, conveying messuages and other property in Llanyfydd, Abergeley, Treflech, Llansannan, Bettus, Llanelian, Llansantffraid, Creyddyn, Llangwstennin, Conway, etc., cos. Denbigh and Carnarvon, viz., messuages in Llansaintfraid called Brynmynnen, Clomen du or Tuthyn y clomendu, Tuthyn glan y Traeth, marsh or meadow near the river of Conway in the same parish, Tythyn y meddiant, Tuthyn y Twll, y ffreeth; meadow in Wernfawr, parish of Llangwstennin, meadow called Morva tal y sarn, in or near Llansantffraid, etc., to the marrying parties subject to specified conditions, reversions and payments.
