Deed made between i. John Wynn of Melay, co. Denbigh, Esq., Humphrey Wynn of Maesycoed, co. Flint, and Robert Wynn of Nantglyn, same co., gentleman, and ii. Jane Wynn, widow of Meredith Wynn, late of Carwedvynydd, same co., gentleman, Evan Lloyd of Nantglyn, gentleman, Mary his wife, and Martha Goodman of Carwedvynydd, spinster, being - (after reference to a deed dated 15 September 26 1674 made between i. the said M. Wynne, Jane his wife E. Lloyd, and Mary his wife and M. Goodman, and ii. the said J., H., and R. Wynn, for enabling the said J., H., and R. Wynn to realise so much of the, estate as descended to the said Jane, Mary, and Martha from Gabriel Goodman their late brother, as being his sisters and coheires) - a conveyance in trust to the said J., H., and R. Wynn to distribute the estate as ascertained among the said three sisters subject to certain specified conditions and dispositions. The estate thus dealt with embraces messuages, lands, rents, etc., in Nantglyn Canon, Nantglyn Sanctorum, Gwitherin, Trovarth, Llaethvaen, Trebwll, Llansanffraid, Ruthin, Llanrhydd, Bodyngharad, Llanvoorog, Bryncaredig, and Llandyrnog, co. Denbigh, all comprised in a fine agreed to be levied to the said J., H., and R. Wynn, with the object of dividing the property as aforesaid. The messuages and lands are:. --- A messuage, etc., in Keely Grosslwyd, parish of Llanvoorog, co. Denb., called Coedgawen, and parcels in the same called Kay r Sayr, Kay addax Erwfelen, Cae (r) ffynnon, Kay tan y ffordd, and Gardd ffa, y Kay Coediog, y dryllie duon, Erw r fyches. --- A messuage, etc., in Parish of Llanynys, called y ddol bach, Kay r garreg, Kay, r derw, Kay, r odyn, y talar dir and y vron, Kay cam, and dol y twr (partly in Ruthin partly in Llanynys, y tir Coch, y vron;. --- A rent yearly of eleven shillings and eight pence, out of a barn in Llanvoorog, a burgage there;. --- A stable and loft in Tal-y-Sarn in Rose Street, parish of Llanrhydd;. --- A messuage, etc., in Nantglyn, and lands there called Kay tan y tug Kay r Scybor y talgay, y Kay Bagh, y pannwl Kay, r pant, y Kay mawr, yr Erw bennallt and dryll meriog, etc. --- A yearly rent of ten shillings incident to the reversion of a messuage, etc., in Llaethvaen, lands etc., in the same called talar guidol, Erw r, Graig, Kay wch ben y tu, Kay glas, Cadles vcha, anti Cadles issa (in reversion);. --- A yearly rent of eight shillings and one penny out of s messuage, etc., called Buarth mawr in Trovarth;. --- A messuage, etc., in Tal-y-Sarn, called The Orchard;. --- Land in Rhydwriel, parish of Llanrhydd called Cae Cooper;. --- Parcels in Ruthin and Llanynys called Kay haidd, Kay Coch, nessa ymma;. --- Ground in Llanvoorog called maes tan y gerddi;. --- A messuage, etc., in Borthyn in Llanynys;. --- Chambers in Llanvoorog;. --- A messuage in Nantglyn, and parcels of land called Kenvaes Eithin, Kenvaes bychan, y weirglodd y from yr Oft, ffrith yr Eithin Cochion, y ffrith issa and ffrith vcha;. --- Parcels in Nantglyn called ffrith y rhyd Goch, Kay, r ffynnon, r, oft vcha, (r) acker and Kay yn y 'drws;. --- A yearly rent out of lands of John Middleton, grocer, of London, twelve shillings;. --- A yearly rent of fourteen shillings and four pence out of land fn Nantglyn called Kay (r) vyn went;. --- A yearly rent of two shillings for a way through part of lands of Evan David, etc.;. --- A yearly rent of one shilling and two geese, from a tenement called y wern vawr, ucha in Nantglyn;. --- A messuage, etc., in Keel Grosslwyd aforesaid called Coedmarchan, and lands there called y Graig Tu Whynt ir tu, y Kay mawr, Kay Carol, pwll y main Coch, r Erwfechan and Bryncrach;. --- An orchard in Llanvorog;. --- A parcel in Llanynys called Kay Coch pella;. --- A messuage in Doglane, parish of Ruthyn, called Sputtu;. --- Parcels in Rhydwriel, parish of Llanrhydd, called Kay r bryn vcha and Kay, r, bryn issa, and land there called Kay mawr and Kay bychan, and a quillet or parcel of ground there called r, Erw. --- A barn in Tal-y-Sarn. --- Parcels in Nantglyn called Kay hir, Kay (r) wyn, r, Erw ddu; a messuage there, and land called Kay brwynog, Kay tan y tu, y ffrith bach, and ffrith issa, and y ffrith, y weirglodd Kay (r) ffynnon, Kay main, Kay rhug, and y ffrith; a yearly rent of five shillings in Nantglyn from land called y fach; land called y tuft, and y weirglodd bach.
