History
D. R. Davies (1919-1978) of Aberdare, Glamorgan, was a drama enthusiast and newspaper correspondent (sometimes writing for Y Cymro and the Western Mail under the name 'Twm o'r Nant') who collected newspaper cuttings, booklets, magazines and other material related to drama, theatre and other forms of entertainment in Europe and elsewhere, but mainly relating to drama and entertainment in Wales. He was involved in left-wing drama and the Little Theatre movement.
