Mddx, (1820 watermark); abstract of title (1722-1784) of the devisees of the said will to the said messuages and premises in p. Cellan, 1821; pre nuptial settlement of David Lewis of Adpar, p. Llandyfrïog, surgeon, and Margaretta Elionora Howell, daughter of Silvanus Howell of Morfa, esq., 1822, and valuation of the said messuages, 1849 (Wern being described as 'in a wretched condition of mud walls and thatch and more like a heap of manure than a dwelling house').
