Biographical history
David Greenslade, academic writer and poet, (b. 1952), from Cefn Cribbwr, Glamorgan, conducted research into Welsh activities and societies in the USA and Canada in the early 1980s, including Welsh Congregational Churches, hymn and choral societies and women's Welsh clubs, publishing his conclusions as Welsh Fever: Welsh Activities in the United States and Canada Today (Cowbridge, 1986).
Archival history
A small group of books was transferred to the Department of Printed Books, 1986.
