Biographical history

The manor of Cynllaith Owen is in the ancient parish of Llansilin, Denbighshire. Sir W. W. Wynn was lord of the manor, 1824-1835. Nantymeichied is a township in the parish of Meifod, Montgomeryshire, and in 1750 a manor of Thomas Lloyd, esq.
