Rad., the moieties of a m. called the Court of Llechrid, a water corn grist mill called Llechrid Mill, lands, meadows and closes called the Mill Lands, m's called Glangwy, Cwm y Proffyd, Henvaes and Kae Runninon, Hender Cadogan, Llechrid Yssha, a m. in the possession of Robert Price, m's called Gwerne y Stillod and Graig Coch, Tyr y Llynne, Kareg Lloyd, Gelly Towell, all in ht Llechrid, p's. Llanelwedd and Diserth, a m. called Ty and Tyr Glandylas and several closes of land thereto belonging called Y Keven Koed (24a.), Kae Derwen (5a.), Eskell y Mirch (15a.), Gwayne y Bedrwe (4a.), Y Dday Kiver, Dole yr Impus (5a.), Kae yr Cwm (2a.), also two closes of land called Keven Lloyd Yccha and Keven Lloyd Yssha (30a.), p. Diserth (occupants named), and all other lands of the said John Davies except the manor, m's and lands purchased from Thomas Phillips, clerk, in p. Aberedw, co. Rad., an annuity of £3 issuing out of the tmt of Glangwy aforesaid, a m. called Pen y Graig, p. Llanelwedd and the moiety of a m. called Penrhwllan, p. Llanddewi'r-cwm, purchased from David Williams.
