Covenant to levy a fine and suffer a recovery of a messuage and lands called Stymllyn and messuages called Penstymllyn, Tanrhiwie, Cae rhydynin, and Ty mawr otherwise Ty William Feddig in the parish of Llan St. Catherine, messuages and lands called Garthmorthin, porth y hirfaen, and Cae Hwlkin in the parish of Treflis, and Cumbach, Tythyn Scoboria, Bron y gader bach, Mynidd du, and Nanhyra in the parish of Yniskinhayarne, a capital messuage called Pen y berth in the parish of Llanbedrog, a messuage called Bwlchbrid in the parish of Nevin, and messuages and lands called Tythyn tan y Cappell, Tythyn y Saint, Tythyn Cridd glase, and Tythyn John Griffith in the parish of Penrhose, all in co. Caernarvon, messuages and lands called Glanravon ddû and Tythyn y Berth in the parish of Fustiniog, co. Merioneth, a messuage called Tir y Llan in the parish of Trawsfynidd, also in co. Merioneth, and messuages, mills, and lands called Bronyvoyle, Gellydarah and Cae-ynyrhose, Brynhynog, gwaen Lydan with a cottage thereon, pen y brin, Tir yr heir Glase, Brin Meirick, Tythyn y maes, moyle wrgû, pen caechwyth, a water-mill called felyn y sychnant and the messuage thereunto belonging, Tythyn Llewelyn, a house and gardens lying in Pwllheley and a rent charge of thirteen shillings and fourpence issuing yearly out of a messuage called frochas, in the townships and parishes of Treflis, Llannor, Denio, Penrhose, Bodvean, Llangynvil, and Pwllheley, all in co. Caernarvon.
