Caernarvon, messuages and lands called Glanravon ddû and Tythyn y Berth in the parish of Fustiniog, co. Merioneth, a messuage called Tir y Llan in the parish of Trawsfynidd, also in co. Merioneth, and messuages, mills, and lands called Bronyvoyle, Gellydarah and Cae-ynyrhose, Brynhynog, gwaen Lydan with a cottage thereon, pen y brin, Tir yr heir Glase, Brin Meirick, Tythyn y maes, moyle wrgû, pen caechwyth, a water-mill called felyn y sychnant and the messuage thereunto belonging, Tythyn Llewelyn, a house and gardens lying in Pwllheley and a rent charge of thirteen shillings and fourpence issuing yearly out of a messuage called frochas, in the townships and parishes of Treflis, Llannor, Denio, Penrhose, Bodvean, Llangynvil, and Pwllheley, all in co. Caernarvon.
