Copy of an indenture between Hugh Pugh of Cwmrhyddor in the parish of Tallyllyn, co. Merioneth, gentleman, of the other part, whereby, to make provision for payment of the debts of the said John Pugh it is covenanted that the said Hugh, John, and Gwen, will levy at the Great Sessions on the said John Lloyd and Robert Oven a fine on the messuages and lands called Tyddin Cwmrhyddor, Tyddyn y llyfant, alias Powls, Tythyn y Scybor, Tythyn bach ycha yn y Cwm alias Tythyn y Carnedde and Bron kaie bran in the township of Stratgwyn, parish of Talyllyn co.
