Denbigh, gentleman, to John ap Nicolas of Kilken, gentleman, of two tenements in the township of Kilken, and hundred of Istulas, co. Denbigh, (1) called Tythen hen lying between a moor called Tervyn tyer and the highway called Keven forth, a ditch there called Clauth helige, and the lands of David ap Eigion and Nant y pistill, and (2) called y Karw, lying between y Keven forth and Lloyn Kilken, the River Reesmerch, the lands of Ieuan ap David Lloid, and the commons of Kilken, at a yearly rent of 8sh.
