Conveyance to Thomas Griffiths in trust to specified uses of a m. or dwelling house called Penalltfach, fields called Parkmainpella, Parkmain, Parkbach, Bankuchaf, Bankisaf, Gweirglawddganol, Gweirglawddisaf, Parklloi, and Parktybachuchaf, a right of way enjoyed by the aforesaid Griffith Griffiths over a road leading through fields called Galltfach, Llainissaf, Llainmaune, Parkyrispis, Parkrhydymeal, and Llainrhydymeal, fields called Llain Marine, Llainisaf, Parkcartws, Galltfach, and Erwswr, four fields called Parktybachisaf, part of Parkyreithin, and part of Parkyrispis, all the fields named thus far being part and parcel of Penalltfach, a small close called Llaingroombridge at the back of a house in the town of Kilgerran, three cottages and gardens formerly one m., three fields called Parkkillgessan pella, Parkkillgessanissa, and Parkkillgessancanol previously one field called Parkclyngessan, a house in the village of Kilgerran, two fields called Llainydre previously called Llaintyrfynnon and at one time consisting of three fields called Parkfynnonissa, Parknessayet, and Parkfynnonuchaf, parcels of land called Worglo Gron and Parkvach, otherwise Parkfynnon, and a dwelling house called Llainrhydymeal, a field called Parkrhydymeal, and two parts of two fields called Parkyreithin and Parkyrispis, which said dwelling house, field, and parts of fields were previously called Llinehirion and formed part of a m. called Llinytir Fynnon, all in p. Kilgerran, co. Pemb.. The deed is endorsed: 'Deed of partition and settlement of the Penalltfach estate in the parish of Kilgerran.' As per the declaration of uses, the property specified was to be divided between: (1) Griffith and Elizabeth Griffiths; (2) Mary Bowen; (3) William and Margaret Morgans.
