Abstracts of Cardiff leases. This volume, foliated 98-237 and made ready for leases numbered 481-1000, presumably follows a volume for leases 1-480 and foliated 1-97 (not found). However, the only leases abstracted are numbered 937-998 and relate to properties on Westville Road. On fo. 202 is a note, ‘For no. 1000 and over see Ledger O’. A few leases, with numbers between 1096 and 1149, have also been abstracted, but then cancelled with the endorsement ‘See Ledger O’. The endorsement on the spine is no longer legible, but the side of the spine is endorsed ‘No. 2. Cardiff leases 481-’.
