Biographical history

The Bulletin of the Welsh Academi (BWA) replaced the Academi newsletter in 1983. Its aim was to provide information and act as a forum for discussion for the members and associate members of the English Language Section of the Academi. It also aimed to attract a larger audience for comments and views on literature in Wales in all its aspects. The last issue (no. 48) was produced in July 1997 before the bulletin was revamped and renamed the 'A470'.
