Brief for plaintiff in a suit between Richard Hughes, plaintiff, and Thomas Jones, defendant, in an action of ejectment from 4 a. of land inclosed within twenty years out of the waste ground called Y Kidteere in t. Manavon Llys, 15 a. of land inclosed within the last year and a half out of the waste ground of t. Mispreed abutting on the waste called Cloge Wyran and Gwaynygorse, three parcels of land anciently inclosed out of the waste ground of the said t. called Kydteere, and 20 a. anciently inclosed out of the waste ground of t. Garthgynning, all lying in t. Manavon Llys in the lordship of Kedewen, co. Mont., which were leased by Percy, Lord Powis, to plaintiff on 10 Aug. 1665.
