The said Edward Lloyd had entered into a bond with the first party to the effect that the said John Lloyd Salusbury would pay to his sister, Anne Lloyd, or her executors, the moiety of the sums due to them, the said John and Anne, from the estate of their uncle, Simon Thelwall, deceased. The said Anne, at the time of drawing up the bond, was mentally incapacitated.
