Southampton, and Frederick and William, the sons of Frederick West, against Robert Myddelton Biddulph, the elder, and Charlotte, his wife, William Lloyd, John, Lord Northwick, and John Biddulph, concerning the partition of the Chirk estates. Plaintiffs desired the estates to be divided amongst the heirs but defendants declared that the incumbrances on the estate had not been discharged.
