Biographical history
Bernard Percival George Harris (fl. 1934-1959), of Pengam, Caerphilly, Glamorgan, was educated at Lewis School, Pengam, and then became an undergraduate at the University College of Wales, Aberystwyth from 1936 to 1940. He was later an employee of the Joint Wages Board of Local Authorities of Monmouthshire.

Early education materials from Lewis School, Pengam, 1934-1936; undergraduate materials at the University College of Wales, Aberystwyth, 1936-1940; minute books of the Joint Wages Board of Local Authorities of Monmouthshire, 1922-1951, and bills and receipts from the Gabalfa Nursing Cadet Division of the Venerable Order of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, 1952-1959.
