Thomas Edwards, 1761 (D6/22/6); allotment to the earl of Powis pursuant thereto, 1761 (D6/22/7); a mortgage from the Bailiffs, Aldermen and Burgesses of Poole to the Earl of Powis of that part of the common or waste ground specified in D6/22/9 which was not allotted to 2, now containing 8 inclosures for securing to 2 two sums of £224.2.7 which he had already paid and £15.15.8 which he was to pay, totalling £239.18.3, being the share of the expenses which the commissioners awarded to be paid by 1 and what 1 agreed to pay towards procuring the Act of Parliament and Award and preparing executing this deed, 1766 (D6/22/10) and an Act for vesting Albemarle House in trustees to be sold, 1766 (D6/22/11) all listed as being part of this parcel, in 'Powis Castle Estate Register of Muniments of Title'(now DA1)are no longer extant, at least not in the present parcel.
