A fine levied pursuant to D4/12/14 in Trinity Term 1751, a release of the mortgage made by Lord Edward Herbert to J. Plunkett for securing £400 plus interest, dated 29 June 1751, an assignment and grant and confirmation of a third part of the rectories and parsonages of Myvorde, Poole, and Guilsfield and the glebe lands and tithes belonging, dated 29 June 1751, and an attested copy assignment by John Edwards, esq.to Mr. Pardoe, dated 12 Oct. 1751, all listed as being part of this parcel in 'Powis Castle Estate Register of Muniments of Title'(now DA1)are no longer extant, at least not in the present parcel.
