  1. William Powell otherwise Howell of the parish of Lanfabon, co. Glam., gent.;. 2. Mary Llewellin of the town of Cardiff, widow and executrix of John Llewellin late of Coedriglan in the parish of St. George, co. glam., esq., deceased;. 3. Mary Powell of the parish of Lanfabon, spinster, sister of the said William Powell;. 4. Robert William Halhed of the Priory near Reading, co. Berks., esq., and the Rev. Robert Clerke Caswall of the town of Burford, co. Oxford. Bargain And Sale of the parsonage of Eglwsilan and the chapels of Lanvabon and St. Martin near Caerphilly with their buildings, glebe-lands, and tithes, for the remainder of the term of a lease of twenty-one years granted to the said William Powell by the bishop, archdeacon, and chapter of Llandaff. The sale was made in consideration of the repayment of six hundred and thirty pounds by the said Robert William Halhed and Robert Clerke Caswall to the said Mary Llewellin, to whom the said parsonage and chapels were mortgaged, and a further charge of seven hundred and fifty pounds paid by the said Robert William Halhed and Robert Clerke Caswall to the said William Powell. The proviso for repayment is cancelled. The said Mary Powell, sister of the said William Powell, assigned all her rights and interest to the said William Powell.
