- Elizabeth Samuel of the parish of Llandybie in the county of Carmarthen, spinster;. 2. Dame Elizabeth Stepney of the county of the borough of Carmarthen, widow. Bargain And Sale of the lease of the messuage and lands called Llangwithfane, excepting three fields called Cloddie wr dwr, Cae da llwyd, and cae Da Hwllo, lying in the parish of Llandebye, in consideration of a payment of the sum of ten shillings and an annuity of seven pounds three shillings for the term of the natural life of Ann Pritchard and the said Elizabeth Samuel. This lease recites:-. [1] The original lease dated 24 July 1735 between Elizabeth Lloyd and Thomas Pritchard for the term of three lives. (No 95). [2] Bargain and sale of the lease by an indenture dated 20 November 1778 between Ann Pritchard, heir of the said Thomas Pritchard, and the said Elizabeth Samuel. (No 98). [3] That the said Dame Elizabeth Stepney is the heir of the said Elizabeth Lloyd. English.
