Ang., esq., of the following m's and tmt's - Plas Issa, heretofore in the tenure of Grace Birchinshaw, mother of the said Thomas, late in the holding of the said Thomas, and now in the holding of Edward Jones of Plas issa; y Garreg gron issa and Brunie bach in the holding of the said Edward Jones; Pengwern Tenement, now in the tenure of Thomas Williams; Tu tan y Dderwen ucha, Erw pistill and Tu tan y dderwen issa, heretofore in the tenure of John Evans and Richard Davies, late in the tenures of John Edwards, Thomas Ellis, Thomas Hughes and Thomas Birchinshaw, and now in the holding of Edward Jones of tan y Dderwen; Carreg gron ucha, heretofore in the occupation of John Birchinshaw, dec., late in the holding of the said Thomas Birchinshaw, and now in the occupation of the said Edward Jones of Tan y Dderwen; Frith Nant y gasseg, heretofore in the holding of William John ap Evans, late in the holding of William Hughes, and now in the holding of Richard Davies; the moiety of Frith bwlch gwern Elwy and Tythin tan y tryfan, heretofore in the tenure of Griffith Jones, the said moiety being in the tenure of John Jones; and the tmt called Tythin tan y tryfan, being heretofore in the tenure of Richard Hughes and Thomas Davies, and now in the tenure of Robert Williams; two cottages called Tan y Gareg gron, late in the tenure of Thomas Parry Smith, and now in the occupation of Robert Lewis; the m. or shop now in the tenure of Thomas Jones Smith; the water corn mill and kiln now in the occupation of Thomas Williams; Doly y velyn and Dol Yolin, late in the holding of Rees Williams, and now of William Williams; the two tmt's called Tyddin David Gabriel, late in the holding of Rees Williams and David Gabriel, and now of Thomas Roberts; the parcel of land called Dol y Gwydde in the tenure of Thomas Roberts and Thomas Jones; Maes Gwyn, now in the tenure of Thomas Hughes; Frith vawr ucha and Frith vawr Issa, formerly held as part of the demesne of Plas Issa, now in the tenure of the said Thomas Williams; the five parcels of land called Caie yengan, formerly part of Tan y Dderwen, now held by the said Thomas Williams; Frith y Mynydd buchan, late in the occupation of Thomas Birchinshaw and Thomas Hughes, and now in the tenure of Edward Jones of Plas Issa; Frith vach and Frith Newidd, late in the occupation of William Jones, and now of William Parry; Bron Velen and Bwlch y Chire, late in the tenure of William Jones, and now of William Parry, and all other m's vested in the said Anne Davies by virtue of indentures of Lease and Release made (17 and 18 May 1742) between (1) Thomas Humphreys of Maesgarneadd, co.
