Bargain And Sale by 1 to 2 of m's and lands of 1 in p's Dorking, Mickleham, Betchworth, Wonersh, Shere, Leatherhead, Cranleigh, Great Bookham, Holmwood and Capel, Surrey, in the tenures of Jasper Goodwyn, William Levett, Richard Haybeetle, [ ] Rose, doctor in physic, William Hall, Robert Newman, Widow Carter, [ ] Perk, John Edwards, William Ray, Widow Gale, William Ny, [ ] Shepherd, Thomas Haybeetle, [ ] Smith, [ ] Bothwell, [ ] Lusted, John Dendy, George Goodwyn, Matthew Marsh, Richard Hall, [ ] Browne, [ ] Burstowe, [ ] Bagshall, [ ] Collins and Simon Petters in trust to sell the premises and share the proceeds between the said Lydia Hare, Lucia Hutchinson and Constantia Hare, 1 being assured that a term of 200 years is insufficient by mortgage, sale or otherwise to raise £5,000.
