A Bargain and Sale, 25 May 1860, between George Robson and Robert Evans, of an undivided moiety of a certain leasehold of collieries, mines, etc. of coal, known by the name of Rock Vawr [Rock Fawr], and the double coal, and other minerals, situate in or under the Common called Brynymenin [Brynmenyn], otherwise Brynmenin Common, within the Lordship of Ogmore, County of Glamorgan, held of the Duchy of Lancaster for the residue of a term of 31 years from 25 March 1858.
