A memorandum, 1996, of a meeting between the Presbyterian Church of Wales and the Open University in Wales at which it was agreed to proceed with the survey, together with notes and correspondence relating to the Church, its reasons for undertaking the survey, and the methodology to be used, including lists, 1996-1997, of respondents to the survey; also included is correspondence between the Church, the Directors of the survey and the National Library of Wales, 2001-2002.

The lists of survey respondents are not to be released to researchers without prior written permission from either the Rev. D. Andrew Jones, Secretary of the Mission Board of the Presbyterian Church of Wales, or Dr A. Hugh Mackay or Dr W. T. Rees Pryce, the project's joint Directors of Research for the Open University in Wales.
