- John Wynne the elder (as in No. 43 of 10-11 July 1840). 2. Edward Wynne of Hendre, parish of Llanelidan, and John Wynne the younger of Tynygroes, parish of Llansaintffraid Glyn Ceiriog [sic], gentn., brother and eldest son respectively of the first party. Assignment to uses of the dwelling house called New Hall otherwise Ty Gwyn (including Cae Dentyr and Y Berllan) and the parcels of land thereunto belonging, the dwelling houses and farms called Tynygroes, Ty issaf and Garth, and the parcels of land thereunto belonging, the parcels of land lately part of the commons in the lordship or honor of Chirk and Chirk land, the slate rock and quarry called Bronydd rock, the tenement called Bronydd, the three cottages called Craig-fron, a cottage at Garth farm aforesaid, two cottages at or near Tynygroes farm, three cottages at or near Bronydd rock aforesaid, parish of Llansaintffraid Glyn Ceriog, the dwelling houses and farms called Plasyn Fifod and Caedeicus, and the parcels of land thereto belonging, and the water corn mill called Felin Newydd, parish of Llangollen, Denbigh, and two dwelling houses and shops in the 'Cross', and a dwelling house situate behind them in the Clawddu, town of Oswestry, co. Salop, and of rents, etc., and Appointment of attornies.
