"Assignment of ye Term to Attend ye Inheritance", made between (i) John Williams of Bodlewythan, co. Flint, gentleman, (ii) Thomas Holland of Teirdan, co, Denbigh, Esq., (iii) Henry Powell of Glan y Wern, same co., Esq., and (iv) Henry Edmund of Jesus College, Oxford, Doctor of Laws, whereby (to prevent the determination of a mortgage for 1000 years, of the messuages called Tyddyn Owen ap Reighnald, and Tu Newydd,) the said J. Williams, for £300 paid by the said H. Powell, transfers to the said H. Edmund, with consent of the said T. Holland and H. Powell, the messuages, etc, above mentioned. Signed and sealed by Willams and Holland. Crest a demi-lion rampant. English. Vellum. Endorsed with receipt by J. Williams to H. Powell for payment of £300, consideration money; and attestation of sealing and delivery of premises by Williams and Holland. Witnesses: John Lloyd, Moris David.
