Assignment Of A Term Of Years by 3, at the request of 1 and 2, to the said Thomas Gilbert in trust to attend the inheritance for the said Edward Gilbert of a m. or inn called Upper Chequer, a m. adjoining, being formerly part of the same, in the tenure of [ ]Wheeler and [ ] Yates, a parcel of land (1 a.) in a field called Squire Croft, a parcel of land called Bottom Acre in a field called Colliers Dene otherwise Broomfeild, 5 a. of land in a field called Townfeild Close, and closes or parcels of pasture land and woodground called Deaths (10 a.), otherwise Deaths Chart, near Debden, all in p. Dorking, Surrey, a m. or farm house and 4 a. in the tenure of William Brown, in p's Dorking and Capel, a close of land called Swytefeild (8 a.), otherwise Whitland, a close of meadow called Swyte Meadow (6 a.) and a close of land called Rydon Close (4 a.) all in. p. Dorking, a meadow called Southaw Meadow (1 a.) at Beargreave, p. Capel, coppices, coppiced woods, groves and underwood (partly grubbed up) on or near the west and east of the said Swytefeild, Swyte Meadow and Rydon Close, a parcel of land called Swyte Grove (5 a.) and a field called Swyte Feild (2 a.), all in p.
