Mont., and Release by 2 to Edward Edwards and 3 of the said premises from the payment of the several shares of £700 directed by the will of Humphrey Edwards to be paid to James Edwards and Laetitia, wife of Richard Prichard. Recites a lease and release of the said premises for 500 years to Thomas Jones and Edward Edwards in trust to raise £700 for any younger children of Humphrey Edwards and Mary for their portions, that HE by his will, dated 27 Nov. 1767, directed that £700 together with £1,300 be charged upon the estates of Mary, and that Lewis Edwards conveyed to John Edwards by a deed of even date the said premises to the trusts declared in the will of Mary Pryce.
