Recites no. 241, the will of Mary Morgan of Aberystwyth, proved on 26 Jan. 1874, in which she devised and bequeathed all her estate to her sister, Catherine Morgan for life, in trust for her nephew, J. T. M., the will of Catherine Morgan, proved 1 June 1876, which named J. T. M. as the beneficiary and executor, that the said principal sum of £300 is owing to him, the interest having been paid to date, and that 2 has agreed to pay him the said sum, upon transfer to her of the mortgage debt and securities for the same.
