1 James Maslin of p. Oystermouth, co. Glam., cordwainer. 2 Henry Callen of the same, esq. Assignment of a m. on a piece of ground called Norton Burrows, p. Oystermouth, as in the plan drawn in the margin, for the residue of a term of 99 years. Consideration : £160. Recites a lease for 99 years, dated 20 Jan. 1821, from the duke of Beaufort to 1 of a piece of ground called Norton Burrows (4 a.) on which 1 had erected one m., with liberty for 1 to build one other m., and that 2 has contracted with 1 for the sale to him of this last built m. This deed, nos 73-4 and no. 76 have been endorsed as being referred to in the affidavit of David David sworn on the 11 March 1872 (Williams v. Lucas, in Chancery).
