Assignment of a lease for 47 years, if the said John Waters shall so long live, and after his dec. for 52 years, if the said Charles Phillips and Amy, his wife, shall so long live, of a dwelling house in Riskae, the meadow by the said house called y wayne wrth y Tuy, a close called Cae yr Bydy, parcels called Cae yr skybor, Cae yr prenteag, Coed cae, Cae yr Bonte, Ynnis y vellin, Cae ych law yr Tye, y Craig vawr, y vannalog vawr, Tyr y Signe, y wayne wrth Tuy James Lewis, Cae Mellinon, Kae Tyr Kyffe, ynnis Coed bach, y werne vach over the brooke, wayne kennoll alias wayne y Trefoyle, Cae Gwynn, Kae yr Dairy 'containing one acre and three covers', a hopyard, a little orchard planted in a place where a brake formerly stood, and a parcel called Errow virr in p's Riskae, Maughan, and Bassalleg, but reserving timber and minerals.
