Articles Of Agreement being the prenuptial settlement of the said Edward Morrall and Elizabeth Dymocke, daughter of the said Edward Dymocke: the portion of Elizabeth to be £500; Edward Morrall agrees to convey to William Kinaston of Ryton, Shropshire, gent., and to Richard Hilton of Hanmer, co. Flint, clerk; to the following uses, that is to say to the mansion house and lands in Dudleston (purchased by John Morrall, dec., father of the said Edward Morrall from Philip Jenings late of Dudleston, gent., dec., and from John Price late of Dudleston, dec.), and a m. and lands in Dudleston (purchased from Robert Edwards formerly of Dudleston), to the use of Edward Morrall and Elizabeth for their lives, with remainder to their heirs, and in default, to the right heirs of the said Edward Morrall.
