Answer of Walter Vaughan, esq., defendant, executor of the will of John Protheroe, to the bill of complaint of Nicholas Nichols, complainant, alleging maladministration by the defendant of the said will by concealing to his own profit, lands situated in the parish of Llanstephan, co. Carms., and the office of Raglorship, in order to defraud the complainant and other creditors of the testator of debts due to them.
