1 Rice Vaughan of Grayes Inn, esq. 2 Richard Lloyd of Escluse, [co. Denb.]. Agreement in order to secure their respective rights in the estate late of John Morgan of Kelly Yerworth, p. Trawsvenith, co. Mer., that there shall be no survivorship in the said estate and that the survivor shall stand seized of the said estate to the uses 1 and Evan Anwill do now stand and that neither 1 or 2 would convey or alien any of the estate without the consent of the other and that each will pay a moiety of £209 due to Charles Whitmore of Balmes, esq. Recites that the said estate has been purchased in the name of 1 and Evan Anwill, gent., a trustee for 2, who has disbursed a great part of the purchase money, that £700 is due to R.L., £647 due to 2 for his and Ellen Nanney's use, both of which sums are charged upon the said estate.
