  1. Phillip Williams of Penpont, esq.;. 2. John Lewis of Llanarth, co. Monmouth, gent., agent on behalf of Joseph Harford of the city of Bristol, James Harvey of same, and John James Wason of same, ironmasters and co-partners under the firm of the Trostrey Co. Agreement for the sale of all cordwood growing on the tenements and lands of the said Phillip Williams in the parish of Llangattock Crickhowell, co. Brecon, at the rate of 10s.6d. per cord, each cord to be measured out and to be 18 feet long, 4 feet 6 inches high and 2 feet 2 inches broad or over, and to be cut down, cleared and carried away at the proper costs and charges of the said John Lewis or the said Co.; it is agreed that the wood will be cut, corded and measured before the 1st April next, caused to be converted into charcoal and carried away before 1 January 1792.
