'An Act For Confirming and Establishing an Exchange agreed upon between the Reverend Philip Puleston, D.D., Vicar of the parish of Ruabon . and Sir Watkin Williams Wynn, baronet, of certain lands . within the said parish', namely two m's called Bryn (field names given) bounded on the west by the lane leading from Penylan to the turnpike road leading from Overton to Ruabon (further boundaries given) (35 a.) in exchange for seven dwelling houses, a parcel of land (1 a.) in Wynnstay Park, bounded on the north-east by the road leading from Ruabon to Overton (further boudnaries given), a parcel of land called The Croft in t. Rhyddallt, bounded on the south by a lane leading from Ruabon to Rhyddallt Farm House (further boundaries given), a parcel of land called Cae Mab yr Offeiriad (1 a.) in t. Belan (boundaries given), a parcel of land lying in a field called Cae'r Llan in t. Rhyddallt, a parcel of land called The Croft (1 a.) in t. Belan, adjoining to the almshouses and bounded on the south by the road leading from Ruabon to Pentre Christionydd and on the east by the land which encompasses the almshouse (further boundaries given), two pieces of land called The Crofts (2 a.) in t. Belan, adjoining at one corner thereof to the turnpike road leading from Ruabon to Wrexham (further boundaries given) and a parcel of land, or yearly rent of 2s.6 issuing out of a tmt known by the sign of the Goat, all of which last mentioned premises are part of the glebe of Ruabon (8 a.).
