Refers to indentures of lease and release dated 1-2 July 1817, 29-30 July 1817 and 9-11 October 1830 and an indenture of release dated 24 Nov. 1847 relating to the moiety of man. Llanthomas, co. Brec., a capital m. formerly called Llanthomas, subsequently known as Llanigon House and attached lands (161 a.) (field names given) in the parishes of Llanigon and Hay, co. Brec.. Also refers to the decree in the suit of Pilkington v. Gwynne in Chancery dated 23 December 1847 and the will of Sir William Pilkington, bart, dated 26 August 1850.
