Abstract of the title of Jonathan Thompson of Chesterfield, Derbyshire, esq., and Richard Seaton Wright of Golden Square, Middlesex, gent. (mortgagees), to the Vale of Neath Brewery situate in p. Cadoxton, co. Glam. The abstract commences (as to part of the said property) with a feoffment dated 10 Sept. 1795, whereby John Griffiths of Blaenhonddeu in p. Cadoxton, near Neath, co. Glam., gent., conveyed to Elias Jenkins of Neath, gent., a close called Caer Hooper, with the adjoining ruins of an old barn, in said p. Cadoxton, in the tenure of William Bassett, on trust for the said William Bassett for life, with remainder to his wife, Jane Bassett, in fee simple. The title (as to another portion of the property) begins with the will, dated 23 Feb. 1788, of William Griffiths of Blaenhonddeu aforesaid, gent.
