Denb., one-sixth of m's called Glascoed, Pwll melyn, Llannerch, Llidiart Fawr, Tyn y Pystill, Garreg Vach, Celyn Castell, Tyn y bryn, Melyn y coed, Bryn Cwmdu, y wern, Gwynedd uchaf, Nant'r Aber newydd, Glan yr afon, Nant yr hir gefn, Llanderuarit, Cenefal, Gwernydd isa, Tyddin Ucha, Ty hen o'r hen gaer, Tyn Kelyn, Maes'r odyn, Tar erwi, Ty'n newydd, Hafod isa, Havod Ucha and Stockine, p's Llanfair Dyffryn Clwyd, Llanelidan, Llanfwrog, Llanfihangel [?Glyn Myfyr], Llangwm, Llandissilio and Saint George, one-sixth of chief rents issuing out of premises in p's Bryneglwys and Llandissilio, and the entirety of m's called Derwen deg, Crichar[?], and ardd Vaynol, p's Llanfair Dyffryn Clwyd and Llanelidan, To hold -the same, that in case the rents and profits of the premises should not by means of two mortgages affecting the premises, be immediately applicate to the payment of several annuities granted by 1 to 3, or that the same should be means of such mortgages or otherwise be in arrears, to sell the premises to discharge the mortgages and to invest any surplus money and the rents and profits of any land unsold for the further keeping down the arrears of the several annuities. Recites that in 1800 1 mortgaged so much and so many of the premises for £5,000, that in 1802 1 mortgaged his one-sixth share of premises for £3,000 that 2 is seized in fee but in trust for 1 of all 1's premises except those mortgaged in 1800, and that by indentures of even date 1 granted several annuities to 3.
